Best of K-Beauty: Style Korean Haul (Volume 1)

Unless you've been living under a rock for the last while, you'll all know about the obsession for Korean beauty products that's taken the world by STORM. And I, myself, happen to be a part of that huge fan base - I am 100% for K-Beauty and in love with the new products I've been discovering. However, the question of where to source these babies is always an interesting one... Well, not until I came across the amazing Style Korean.

Style Korean is a wonderfully reliable website that has been selling all of our much needed (and 100% authentic) Korean beauty products internationally since 2012. Carrying more than 3,000 different types of product in their Korean warehouse, it's the perfect outlet for all of your K-Beauty needs - you can't get much more variety than that!

So, myself and Style Korean have decided to collaborate on this post, bringing you a haul (yay!) of some stunning products, chosen by yours truly and kindly gifted by the brand, that you can easily access and purchase for yourselves from Style Korean! You better be ready, because, boy, do I have some fabulous finds for you guys...

Nature Republic Botanical Stick Highlighter (02 Shine Gold) - $8.64
Now, this product's a real beauty and leaves me incredibly impressed each and every time I use it. Highlighter, for most people including myself, is an absolute MUST after any face makeup application to provide a subtle (or blinding, if that's what floats your boat) amount of dewiness and glow to one's complexion.

This particular one has been the highlight of my month (if you'll pardon the pun) due to it's wonderfully creamy texture and velvety finish on the skin. The shade is a rather light gold, which really brings out darker skintones, and definitely buildable. I'm also loving the natural ingredients and stick format - it's easy to travel with and doesn't irritate the skin or give your pores that 'clogged' feeling. Perfection in a stick is what I say!

Benton Honest TT Mist (40ml) - $9.00
Something about this product and the way it works drew me in so much that, as you can see, I've practically finished the entire tube! I love a good face mist, as they're incredibly refreshing on the skin, leaving it hydrated and prepped for the next stage of the skincare routine.

I use this one avidly and absolutely adore it - Benton is a brand that I'm very familiar with (I've worked with them twice) and their products have never failed to work a treat on my skin. This mist is certainly no exception - being 80% tea tree, it's been a great help in soothing my blemish prone skin, absorbing right into the pores with just a simple patting motion.

Heimish Dailism Smudge Stop Mascara (9g) - $13.08
This mascara really had my attention just by the title, as I get CONSTANT smudging with some of my mascaras so, as you can imagine, I was delighted to see a 'smudge-proof' promise on the label.

This mascara is a tubing mascara, meaning that it's flexible polymers wrap themselves around each individual lash, ensuring a full 360 coat, which I LOVE. With this one, I tend to apply it in 2 thin coats for that desired curl, as it's quite a loose formula, however, the wand certainly does it justice. It doesn't clump at all (say goodbye to those spider lashes!) and, better yet, I haven't noticed any top or bottom smudging since wearing this. Result!

Innisfree It's Real Squeeze Sheet Mask (Rose, Honey and Blackberry) - $1.50 each
Due to the fact that I've already used and fallen in love with every single mask from the Innisfree "It's Real" range, I don't even need to open these to know what I'm going to say. They're bloody genius!

These masks are absolutely ideal for a pamper night in with the girls - they're so quick and easy to apply, leaving no mess at all yet giving you fantastic, glowing skin for days after use. These are all incredibly revitalising, brightening and just, overall, perfect for giving your skin some TLC during those tough times. (Everyone has bad skin days, right?)

Memebox I'm NANA Eyeshadow Palette (#01 Cocktail) - $11.68
I think the name of this wonderful quad really does describe the warm colour spectrum to a T - It's warm, fruity and, quite frankly, fabulous!

This palette contains: a warm matte beige, a bright peach shimmer, a strawberry red shimmer and a chocolate brown shimmer, all of which have been perfect for creating my summer eye looks. Fallout is minimal with these, as they're smooth and buttery, delivering a good amount of pigmentation on the brush each time.

Each shade blends wonderfully on the eye and, if used with a primer, your eye makeup will not budge for the entire day, which is the primary reason as to why I'm so into this particular product. I totally recommend these shadows - they're a real treat for livening up any look.

Thank you so much for reading today's post! I'm so glad to be able to introduce you to such an exception website for all of you K-Beauty needs. I really hope you enjoyed reading this haul as much as I enjoyed doing and writing it for you guys - Style Korean and I would like to do this type of post together on a regular basis, so do let me know what you thought of it in the comments section below. Also, as usual, don't forget to follow this blog for more juicy posts and content EVERY week!

Until next time,

    1. Well, I've been very into Korean skincare lately as there have been a ton of new brands for me to try. I wouldn't say my skincare is exclusively korean at all though I mean, you read my last post, T-Zone is right up there at the minute along with First Aid Beauty, Biore, etc! But I do enjoy a good bit of K-Beauty and am having fun discovering the brands.
