Introducing: Freshly Cosmetics...

Hey beauties! So, firstly, I know I should have posted some time last week but, hey ho, you know how the exam period goes and these last couple of weeks have been absolutely HECTIC. Nevertheless, I'm right here with you now and am going to be giving you guys a little 'something-something' to enjoy this Saturday and, this time, it's going to be all about Freshly Cosmetics, the much sought-after natural, toxin-free beauty brand from Spain.

In order to celebrate the very recent launch of their products in the UK, I was kindly sent a three wonderful items to test out and review from the range, which will include some of their most popular and biggest selling hair and skincare goodies. As you know, I love supporting brands that boast a more natural formula for healthy skin and hair maintenance (I don't know about you, but I much prefer to know exactly what I'm providing my person with than to slather myself in product containing long-named chemicals ending with -oxyl) and the vegan and cruelty free promise is always a win for me - Freshly's overall brand ethos is one I'm definitely down to share with you guys.

Personally, I received the Haircare Detox Plan and the Multi-Antioxidant Facial Moisturiser (both retailing for £26) and, quite frankly, after using these for two solid weeks, impressed isn't even the word I'd use to describe them.

Within the Haircare Detox Plan, you receive a Detox Refreshing shampoo (formulated to detoxify, strengthen and lessen capillary irritation) and a Detox Anti-Frizz Repairing Conditioner (formulated to block moisture, repair and increase overall shine) which, when used in conjunction with each other, create a perfect paradise for your locks. These two have 100% been my lifeline of late and I don't normally say that with regards to haircare products (you guys know, as I've previously mentioned, that my hair is a complete and utter lion's mane and practically untameable) but, nowadays, I'm actually excited to exit the shower and stare at my silky strands for like 2 hours. I'd totally recommend these to anyone looking to achieve soft and squeaky clean hair without paying over the odds for it (because that sucks) - especially if you have crazy frizzy-textured hair like myself, as it really does keep too much moisture from entering the follicles and giving you that 'struck by lighting' look. Oh and, before I forget to mention, you will absolutely fall in love with the scent of all Freshly products: the fruity notes are just to die for (I swear, I've even had people sniffing my hair...)

Now, when I received the Multi-Antioxidant Facial Moisturiser, I began using it right away, as I had already gotten down to scraping out the remnants of my Nivea Crème with a hair grip and realised that it was about time for me to try something new anyway. At first glance, upon pumping out a little onto the hand, the intrigue of this definitely lies with the colour, as I've never tried a baby peach hued skincare product before. However, after the first use, the focus begins to shift over to the sheer quality and overall effect that it provides to the skin - the concentrated anti-oxidants have been working wonders on my face. As well as eliminating the dryness and supplying at least a 12 hours worth of nourishment, this moisturiser has given my skin a much brighter appearance and also made it feel a lot plumper overtime; for me, Freshly have really smashed it out of the park and made this product worth every penny.

In conclusion, trying out these products has been a true success, as they really have managed to make a difference to both my skin and hair within such a short period of time. So, if you'd like to become a part of the Freshly 'squad' with me then don't hesitate to head straight over to the brand, spanking new UK based website, where you can purchase these products (and many others!) for reasonable prices within sets and individually - you can't go wrong!

Thank you so much for reading today's post - I thoroughly enjoyed writing it and giving you guys the scoop on a cosmetics brand that I'm genuinely thankful to have been introduced to.

Have you heard of Freshly Cosmetics? Would you be interested in purchasing some of their goodies?

As usual, hit me with your responses in the comment section below, along with anything else you'd like to contribute with regards to today's post - I'd love to hear your thoughts! Finally, don't forget to follow this blog to be updated by email when I post - you'll never miss another one, I promise.

Until next time,
Marina Rosie x

    1. Hi there Audrey, thank you very much for reading! Yes haha, I've noticed since being here in France that you guys are rather behind when it comes to products that we have in the UK! However you're not late at all this time - Freshly is just new to the UK (it's a Spanish brand, originally) and has a EN website that you can access here for all of the goodies outside of the UK: https://www.freshlycosmetics.com/en/shop/ x Hope this helped!
