I've been going to sephora for quite a while now, whether that be the shop or the website, for my high end beauty products and it's safe to say that I wouldn't go anywhere else; I'm whipped! But after all this time, I'd never stopped to to take a good look at their OWN brand products and after that dawned on me, I began to purchase items little by little until I'd gathered a reasonable amount of Sephora Goodies.
Normally, I would add the word 'arguably' to the title but, for me, this palette doesn't deserve to be questioned. The Nubian palette by Juvia's place is by far the best palette of 2016; the moment I saw it, I knew I had to have it and when I did obtain it, it was exactly what I'd hoped for in terms of texture, longevity, blendability and colour payoff, as you'll see throughout this post. I know it's a bit late as we're WELL into 2017 but I guarantee that after reading this, you'll want this palette as a part of your collection.
As some of you may know, I, recently, had the absolute pleasure of venturing out deep into the bowls of Europe and visiting Greece. This voyage was funded by my school for the Greek and Latin students (I'm a bit of a nerd to be honest) meaning that a lot of what we intended to look at was surrounding the Greeks and their history.
Okay, so, here's the deal: we all know that these two palettes are amazing and pretty much holy grail items in any collection. We expected quality and Too Faced brought that to the party. Twice. Two times in a bloody row.
WARNING: you are at risk of gaining 10 lbs just from reading this post, because this is just something else. This oh-so decadent and delicious cake is primarily based on everyone's favourite guilty pleasure (chocolate) but generously laced with orange, giving it the perfect, tangy and acidic kick that leaves us wanting more and more. (We all know that one slice turns into two slices and after that, it's all a blur...)
